Suffolk, Eng., on 17 Mar. 1829 and has been a
resident here since 1856. During the Civil War he
served with the 48th Wisconsin Infantry Regiment.
He is survived by 7 children. His funeral was
held Sun. under the direction of the local G.A.R.
Post."
