Mrs. Adeline Eickmeier, 85, who left Manitowoc last Thursday to make her home
with her brother, John, at Monticello, Wis., died suddenly of a heart attack
at that place Saturday night.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Leaschke funeral home.
The Rev. A. Muehlmeier of Monticello will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen
cemetery.
Mrs. Eickmeier, whose maiden name was Adeline Gaterman, was born at Newton in
1852 and was married to Gustav Eickmeier. They located in Newton. After the death
of her husband Mrs. Eickmeier located in Chicago and came to this city ten years
ago.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Frank Snowden, Chicago; two brothers, John,
Monticello, William, city; four sisters, Mrs. Henry Spoentgen, city, Mrs. Herman
Dehnen, Sheboygan, Mrs. Anton Kielsmeier, state of Washington, Mrs. Henry Kielsmeier,
California.
The body is at the funeral home.
