Miss Alvina Winne Engel, 73, of 709 Huron St., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon
at the home of he brother, Albert Engel, 1134 S. 15th St., Manitowoc. She had
been ill for several months.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mittnacht Funeral Home, Manitowoc,
the Rev. Theophil Uetzmann officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
She was born Nov. 8, 1884 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Carl and Fredricka
Schroeder Engel. She attended First German Evangelical Lutheran School and was
employed for about 35? Years at National Tinsel Co., retiring several years ago.
Surviving are a brother, Albert of Manitowoc; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha _____
of Marquette, Mich., Mrs. John Betka of Maniatowoc and Mrs. Irma Bordner of
Detroit, Mich.
