ROY G. FAIRCHILD
Roy G. Fairchild, 59, of 1336 S. 13th St., Manitowoc, died Monday, December 4,
1989. Mr. Fairchild was born July 4, 1930 at Door County, Wisconsin, son of the
late Harold and Leona Copiskey Fairchild. He married the former Marilyn Orlopp
on June 16, 1969 at Waukegan, Ill.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn; a son and daughter-in-law, James and Donna
Fairchild, Sheboygan; a brother, Roger Vertz, Sheboygan; three sisters, Mrs.
Vernon (Jeanette) Meyer, Mrs. Tina Vertz, both of Sturgeon Bay, Mrs. Vivian
DeFree, Denmark; two grandchildren, Daniel and Lisa, nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends survive.
Funeral services were Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home. Rev. John H. Rasmussen
officiating with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
