Carl Felde, age 92, a resident of Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc, died Saturday
morning, May 11, 1996, at the Park Lawn Home.
Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 1996, at the Pfeffer
Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Dennis Broehm
with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born November 11, 1903, Rosenheim, Russia, son of the late Phillip and
Regina Loeffler Felde. On July 5, 1936, he married the former Leila Rohrbach
in Manitowoc. Mr. Felde was employed with the Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry for
38 years until his retirement in 1969.
Survivors include his wife, Leila Felde; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Leon
and Kay Felde, Robert Felde, all of Manitowoc; two grandsons, Tom (Renate) Felde,
Calumet City, Ill., Gerald Felde, Clarendon Hills, Ill.; a great-grandson, Scott
Felde; two sisters-in-law, Bobbie Rohrbach, Upland, Calif., Pat Felde, Manitowoc;
a brother-in-law, Allen Garren, Sun City, Calif. Also surviving are niece, nephews,
other relatives and many good friends. He was preceded in death by two brothers
and four sisters.
Friend may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home from 12 Noon Tuesday until the time
of service at 2 p.m.
Carl enjoyed fishing, gardening, dancing and watching his grandsons growing. He
was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by his family and
friends.
We would also like to thank the staff at Park Lawn Home for the loving care and
dignity shown to our father during his residency there.
