DONALD FETZER

Donald Fetzer, 75, of 1239 Loch Drive, Green Bay, died Tuesday, May 29, 1990,
at his home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Green Bay.
Rev. Richard Getchel will officiate with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born January 7, 1915, in Manitowoc County, son of the late Mr. and Mrs.
Godfrey Fetzer. Mr. Fetzer graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc in
1932. He entered the Military Service in January of 1941, where he spent close
to five years during World War II. He went overseas as a Shop Engineer with the
757th Railway Shop Battalion, which was located in Europe. He worked for the A&P
Tea Company (White House Mills Division) in Manitowoc and Milton, Pennsylvania
for 26 years. He had also worked for Fort Howard Paper Company for 13 years until
his retirement in 1980. Mr. Fetzer was a member of VFW Noble-Straubel Post No.
2037 and was also a member of St. Agnes Parish.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Claire Hafeman of Howard; two grandchildren
(private); two sisters, Ann Marie Brazzale of Manitowoc, Mrs. Harry (Dorothy)
Kelley of Manitowoc. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen in 1985, a
brother, William Fetzer and a sister, Lorraine Fetzer.
Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Avenue, Green Bay, 4 p.m.
to 9 p.m. Thursday. VFW Service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday and a Parish Wake
Service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
