Harold J. Fisher, 75, of 1340 N. Eighth St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Kristap Caune, pastor of St. Paul Methodist Church, Manitowoc, will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Fisher was born Dec. 14, 1893, at Appleton, son of the late Frank and Emily Weller Fisher. He came to Manitowoc in 1919, where he married Lillian Randolph March 7, 1921.
He retired as service foreman in 1958 after being employed with Wisconsin Telephone Co. for 47 years.
Mr. Fisher was a past member of the Kiwanis Club and was a member of the Knights of Pythias and a life member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.

Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, (private), two daughters, (private) and nine grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday until time of service.
