MATTHEW FOX
Mathew J. Fox (sic), 70, Nagel avenue, retired salesman, died Sunday
morning at the Holy Family hospital, following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Pfeffer funeral
home and at 9 o'clock at the Holy Innocents church, the Rev. E.A. Radey
officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Fox was born at Lomira, Wis., in 1876 and 41 years ago married Miss
Margaret Arens. They located in this city. He was a slaesman for the
National Biscuit company for 27 years and for the Lion specialty company
for several years.
Survivors are his wife; son Clifford of this city; two daughters, Mrs.
Hugo Lange of Rockwood, Mrs. Arnold Gruber of Shawano; brother, Nicholas
of Hilbert; sister, Mrs. Edward Pethan of Chilton; and three grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home, where the rosary will be
recited at 7 o'clock tonight.
