Paul W. Fredrich, 78, a resident of Sunny Ridge Home, Sheboygan, the past few
months, died unexpectedly late Tuesday morning after an apparent heart attack.
He formerly resided at 2521 Saemann Ave., Sheboygan.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Nickel’s Funeral Home, 1132
Superior Ave., Sheboygan, the Rev. Ruben Grosshuesch officiating. Burial
will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Fredrich was born in Manitowoc County April 30, 1886, son of the late
William and Mary Fredrich. On July 25, 1911, he married the former Elsie
Rehwaldt of Sheboygan. They resided at Chicago and in 1912 the couple moved
to Sheboygan where Fredrich was in partnership with Beutel Bros. coaster
wagon works for several years.
From 1936 to 1942 he served as Town Clerk and later served as Federal Income
Tax Officer at Manitowoc and Sheboygan. The past two years he was an income
tax consultant out of his home.
He was a member of the Ebenezer United Church of Christ, Sheboygan, and was
a member of the Brotherhood Society.
He is survived by his wife. A son preceded him in death.
Friends may call after 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
