Henry Free ?????, died early Monday ??? at the homestead in Manitowoc
Rapids following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday ar First German Evangelical
Lutheran Church, Manitowoc, with the Rev. L. H. Koeninger officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Free was born in the Town of Liberty Sept. 27, 1874, son of the late
Frederick and Auguste Luedtke and July 15, 1898 married Marie Lindemann
in the Town of Liberty. The couple at ?? always operated the homestead
farm.
Surviving him are his wife, a daughter, Esther Krueger of Kiel; three
sons, Arthur of Manitowoc and Raymond and Edwin of Rt. 4, Manitowoc,
a brother George of Manitowoc and 1? grandchildren and 15 great grand-
children.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after
? p.m. Tuesday until 10 a.m. Wednesday when the casket will be moved
to the church where the body will lie in state until the hour of service.
