Funeral of Mrs. Fricke On Tuesday
Mrs. Emma Fricke, wife of Charles H. Fricke, Fox road, died at the Holy Family
hospital Saturday morning, her demise being due to complications following an
operation for cancer which she underwent. Mrs. Fricke was apparently rallying
and on the road to recovery and her death came as a shock to the family and
friends. The funeral will be held tomorrow, Tuesday afternoon, from the home
and burial will be at Evergreen.
Mrs. Fricke, who was Emma Kliner before her marriage, was born in the town of
Manitowoc Rapids August 24, 1877 and was fifty at the last birthday. She was
married thirty years ago September 1 and the family always made its home here.
Surviving are four children, Mrs. Frank H. Allen of Cleveland, Ohio, Paul,
Charles and Alfred of this city, five sisters, Mrs. William Knell and Mrs.
Henry Knell of this city, Miss Vlasta Kliner, Mrs. M. Jackson and Mrs. Earl
Bolin, all of Chicago and four brothers, Emil Kliner of Chicago, Henry Kliner
of Burlington, Iowa, Fred Kliner of St. Paul and Victor Kliner of Marshfield.
She was a member of the Royal Neighbors.
