Froehlke Funeral Party Came From Smallpox Quarantine
Because several members of the funeral party accompanying the remains of Mrs.
Henrietta Froehlke here from Neenah had been under quarantine for smallpox,
some alarm was felt by relatives by whom they were entertained here. Mrs.
Froehlke, who was a former resident here, died at the home of her son, Rev.
Albert Froehlke, while the house was in quarantine for smallpox. Mrs. Froehlke
did not suffer from the disease, her death being due to an illness of long
standing. The funeral here was private and it is not believed that there was
any danger of contagion.
