Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Pfeffer funeral home
for James Ginzl, engineer at the Manitowoc Portland Cement company, who died
Wednesday noon at his home, route 3, Manitowoc. The Rev. F. C. St. Clair of
St. James Episcopal church will officiate, and interment will be in Evergreen
cemetery. Mr. Ginzl was 65.
Born August 12, 1878 in Bohemia, Mr. Ginzl came to America in July, 1884. Since
March, 1931, he had been making his home on route 3, after residing in the city.
He is survived by his wife, the former Barbara Dufeck; three sons, Harry,
Manitowoc; Rudy, Silver Springs, Md.; and Benjamin, Shakopee, Minn.; two
brothers, Joseph Ginzl, Rhinelander; Emil, Manitowish; three sisters, Mrs. L.
Cherney, Manitowoc; Mrs. J. F. Jindra, route 2, Two Rivers and Mrs. Ed Jens,
Manitowoc. A grandson also survives.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home from this evening on. Mr. Ginzl
was a member of the local aerie of Eagles.
