FRED GOLDENSTEDT

Fred Goldenstedt, 75, of 1008-A N. Ninth St., Manitowoc, died late Friday
evening at the family residence following a coronary attack.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
The Rev. Bruce Huffer will officiate with burial in Evergreen Cemetery Manitowoc.
Mr. Goldenstedt was born March 20, 1900, in Manitowoc, son of the late Edward L.
and Alice Olson Goldenstedt. He married the former Viola Koeser, Dec. 10, 1920,
in Two Rivers. After the marriage the couple settled in Milwaukee for a short
time then moving to Marquette, Mich. for 37 years. He was employed as a manager
for Goodyear Tire Co., for 25 years. After his retirement he sold Mirro boats
in Marquette. He was well known in the state for trap and skeet shooting.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter, Mrs. George (Myra) Kessly, of Milwaukee,
a grandson, Scot Kessly, of Milwaukee, a granddaughter, Mrs. Jack (Pattie)
Watnoske, of Milwaukee, and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from noon until the hour of service.
