Mary Jean Gosz, age 66, of 1102 Park Row Blvd., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly
Saturday, Nov. 3, 2001 in Peru, Ill.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2001 at Holy Innocents
Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by
the Rev. Harold Berryman with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mary Jean was born Aug. 20, 1935 at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Carl and
Loretta Dewane Kacynski. Mary Jean graduated from Lincoln High School with the
class of 1953. She married Anthony (Tony) Gosz on Sept. 29, 1962 at Holy Innocents
Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded Mary Jean in death on April 17, 1999.
She was a member of Holy Innocents Catholic Church.
Survivors include three sons and one daughter-in-law: Paul Gosz, Manitowoc; Mark
Gosz, Milwaukee; Michael and Leila Gosz, Villa Park, Calif.; one daughter: Ann
Gosz, Manitowoc; two grandchildren, Brittanie and Calvin Gosz; two brothers and
sisters-in-law: Robert and JoAnn Kacynski, Chicago, Ill; and Denis and Nancy
Kacynski, Mukwonago; one sister and brother-in-law: Dorothy and Don Parlwo, West
Bend. Nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends surviving.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Tony in 1999, along with
two brothers: William and Carl Kacynski.
Friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.
with a prayer service being held at 7 p.m. lead by Deacon Paul Kieffer. Relatives
and friends may also call at Holy Innocents Catholic Church on Friday from 9 a.m.
until the time of services at 10 a.m.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral
arrangements.
