JOSEPH GRACZYK

Joseph J. Graczyk, 89, of 1129 N. 18th St., Manitowoc, died Friday evening, July 29, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Leo J. Schmitt will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Graczyk was born March 6, 1894, in the Town of Eaton, Brown county, son of the late Stanley and Julia Gesella Graczyk. He married Elizabeth Watzka, May 21, 1918, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Pine Grove, Wis. After their marriage the couple resided at Manitowoc and his wife preceded him in death Oct. 18, 1944. Mr. Graczyk was employed at Manitowoc Shipbuilding for over 60 years, retiring in 1977.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Norbert and Marion Graczyk of Sturgeon Bay and Milton and JoAnn Graczyk of Green Bay; two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Ozzie Wilda and Janet and Joseph Sepnafski both of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Marshall and Mrs. Stella Wypiszynski both of Milwaukee; 12 grandchildren, Tom, Liz, Mary, Connie, Carol, Cheryl, Gloria, Dan, John, Randy, Bill and Joni; 14 great grandchildren; a son-in-law, Douglas Prahl of Manitowoc and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Alice Graczyk of Denmark. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Elnor Prahl, two sisters and a brother.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 4 o'clock to 8 o'clock this Sunday afternoon, where a prayer service will be at 7 o'clock.
