ROLAND E. GRIMM (d. 1975)
Roland E. Grimm, 61, of 1024 S. 14th St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Saturday
at Sheboygan.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. John United Church of Christ,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Gerald Schrankler will officiate with burial in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Grimm was born Oct. 16, 1913, at Manitowoc, son of the late Roland H. and
Amanda E. Schroeder Grimm. He married Hildegarde Hartl Aug. 8, 1942, at St.
Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He was employed at Manitowoc Public
Utilities and was owner of Hilltop Realty Co. of Manitowoc. He was a member
of Manitowoc County Board of Realtors.
Survivors include his wife, a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Marjorie Grimm,
of Sheboygan; a brother, Kenneth, of Manitowoc and two grandchildren, Dawn Marie
and Brian Michael. A son, Robert, preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 o’clock this
Monday evening until 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and at the church from noon until the
time of service.
