SHARON GROTBACK

Sharon A. Grotback, age 70, of 1313 Hamann Road, Manitowoc, entered eternal
life on Friday morning, Feb. 6, 2009, at the Aurora Medical Center, Two
Rivers.
Sharon was born on March 6, 1938, in Manitowoc. She was the daughter of Mildred
(Linsmeier) Hynek and the late Joseph Hynek.
Sharon was a graduate of Lincoln High School with the class of 1956. She was
employed with Copps Food Stores in Manitowoc for 38 years retiring in 2005.
On June 13, 1959, she married Norman Grotback at St. Joseph's Catholic Church
in Kellnersville. He preceded her in death on April 15, 1985. Sharon was a member
of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed
watching the Green Bay Packers play.

She was preceded in death by her father: Joseph Hynek; and her husband: Norman
Grotback on April 15, 1985.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9, 2009, at the Harrigan Parkside
Funeral Home and 11 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo. The Mass of Christian
Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Gerald Foley with burial to follow at
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Monday
from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. (private) and his
staff at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Care Center along with the staff at the Aurora
Medical Center, Two Rivers.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Crematory, North 11th and St. Clair streets,
Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
