LEONARD GORDON GROTBAK

Leonard Gordon Grotbak, 43, of 623 N. Fifth St., Manitowoc, a foreman at Gaterman Manufacturing Co., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly at his home Saturday evening following a heart attack.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Myron Hoff will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

He was born Sept. 18, 1916, at Park River, N.D., son of the late Gullik and Annette Greenwald Grotbak.

He came to Manitowoc where he was employed at Gaterman Mfg. Co.

He married the former Ida Walters at Manitowoc June 5, 1940, and the couple located
here.

Surviving are his wife, two sons, Gary and Eric at home; two daughters, Mrs. James Brogan of Manitowoc and Miss Linda at home; three brothers, Melvin, Morris and Alfred of Manitowoc; three sisters, Mrs. Harold Sorenson of Beloit and Mrs. Harold Nickels and Miss Lillian of Manitowoc.

Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, until 11 a.m. Tuesday when the body will be moved to the church to lie in state until the hour of service.
