MARCELLA E. HAESE
Marcella E. Haese, age 89, of Manitowoc, died on Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008, at
Shady Lane Nursing Care Center, Manitowoc.
Marcella was born on June 29, 1919, in the town of Gibson, daughter of the late
John and Clara (Stueck) Just. She grew up in Manitowoc and graduated from Lincoln
High School in Manitowoc. Marcella worked at Johnson Hills Department Store in
Manitowoc as a retail clerk. Marcella married August H. Haese on April 27, 1946,
at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on Feb. 3,
1991. Marcella was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid. She
enjoyed gardening and playing cards.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: August; and stepmother: Bessie
Just.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 22, 2008, at Redeemer
Lutheran Church, 1712 Menasha Ave., Manitowoc. The Rev. Richard Miller will
officiate, with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call on Friday at the church from 9 a.m. until the time
of service at 11 a.m.
