Dennis Haggerty (sic), Age 80, Dies; Funeral Thursday
Dennis Haggerty, 80, of 606 York street, died here Tuesday. Death
was attributed to kidney trouble. Funeral services will be held
Thursday morning at 10 o'clock from the Leschke funeral home.
Burial will be made in Evergreen cemetery.
The deceased was born in 1854 in Manitowoc. He was single. Survivors
include a brother, Herbert, and a married sister.
The body may be viewed at the Leschke funeral home this evening.

STATE OF WISCONSIN, COUNTY COURT, MANITOWOC COUNTY
In the Matter of the Estate of Dennis Hagerty, Deceased.
Notice is hereby given that at a term of said Court to be held on Tuesday,
the 3rd day of July, 1934, at 10 oclock in the forenoon of said day, at
the probate office in the court house in the City of Manitowoc, in said
County, there will be heard and considered:
The application of Leland Hagerty for the appointment of an administrator
of the estate of Dennis Hagerty, deceased, late of the City of Manitowoc,
in said County.
Notice is further given that all claims against the said Dennis Hagerty,
deceased, late of the city of Manitowoc, in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin,
must be presented to said County Court at the court house in the City of
Manitowoc, in said County, on or before the 8th day of October, 1934, or
be barred, and that all such claims and demands will be examined and
adjusted at term of said Court to be held at the probate office in the
court house, in the City of Manitowoc, in said County, on Tuesday, the
9th of October, 1934, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day.
