ALBERT HAKER

Albert Haker, 89, of 629 South 27th street, a retired town of Cato farmer, died this morning at Holy Family hospital following a lingering illness.
Services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the Pfeffer funeral home and at 9 o'clock at St. Paul Catholic church with the Rev. Martin Jaekels officiating. Burial is to be in Evergreen cemetery
.
Born in the town of Rockland in 1860, Mr. Haker later moved to the Cato farm which he had operated until moving to this city 14 years ago following retirement from farming.

He married the former Rose Brey in 1919. She survives him along with two sons, John of Valders and George of Racine; seven grandchildren and five great grand-children.

Friends may call at the Pfeffer funeral home from 2 p.m. Friday. The rosary will be recited there at 7 o'clock Friday evening.
