Mrs. Rose Haker, 80, of 629 S. 27th St., Manitowoc, died Monday afternoon at
her home following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Pfeffer Funeral
Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, the Rev. Clement Kern offic-
iating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Haker, nee Rose Link, was born in Manitowoc County in 1860 and moved to
the city 16 years ago. In 1916, she was married to Albert Haker and he died
in 1949.
Survivors are two step sons, John Haker of Valders and George Haker of Racine;
eight step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home where the rosary will be recited
at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
