George Haltaufderheide, 84, of Route 2, Denmark, died Friday evening,
May 29, 1987 at his residence. Funeral services will be 11 am Tuesday at
Knutson Funeral home, Denmark. Rev. Arthur Baertlein will officiate with
burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Haltaufderheide was born August 2, 1902 in the Town of Eaton, son of
the late Herman and Ernestine Haltaufderheide. He married the former
Andrea Walters on June 22, 1926. She preceded him in death November 30,
1976.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Eleanor and Leonard Brumlic
of Route 2, Denmark; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Leona Grupp and
Enid and Wilbur Matzke, all of Green Bay; three grandchildren and three
great grandchildren also survive.
Friends may call at Knutson Funeral Home, Denmark, after 3:30 pm this
Monday afternoon and Tuesday until the hour of service.
