CLARA HAMERNIK Mrs. Adolph Hamernik of 423 N. Ninth St., Manitowoc, died Friday morning at home after a lingering illness. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Monday at St. James Episcopal Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. William Harvey will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Hamernik, nee Clara Schlager, was born at Branch, daughter of the late Joseph and Johanna Etersky Schlager. She was married 55 years ago to Adolph Hamernik. He died Jan. 8, 1944. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Allen Maedke, Mrs. Alfred Brull, Mrs. Stanley Linn and Mrs. Carl Kreje, of Manitowoc, 17 grandchildren and nine great grand- children.
