CHARLOTTE HANSEN (d. 1937)
Mrs. Earl Hansen, 29, nee Charlotte Cizek, 602 Jay street, died at the Holy
Family hospital this morning following a long illness. She had been a patient
at the hospital since Wednesday.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 1:30 from the Wattawa, Urbanek
and Schlei funeral home and at 2 o’clock from the First Reformed church. Burial
will be made in the Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Hensen was born in Spruce, Wisconsin on December 14th, 1908. She came to
Manitowoc with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cizek in 1921, and went through
high school here. She was married to Earl Hansen on June 17, 1934.
Survivors besides the husband include her parents and two sisters, Mrs. Tony
Kronforst, Cedar Grove, and Mrs. Erhart Mueller, Two Rivers.
The body will lie at the funeral home from Saturday noon until the time of the
services on Monday.
