NORMAN R. HANSEN (d. 1969)

Norman R. Hansen, 55, of 915 Dewey St., Manitowoc, died Friday at home of an
apparent heart attack.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The VFW Post No. 659 will conduct the services and military grave-
side rites at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Hansen was born Jan. 2, 1914, at Manitowoc, son of the late Mead B. and
Azuba Underwood Hansen. He was a veteran of World War II with the 32nd Division,
and worked at Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc., and the Manitowoc Equipment Works
until two years ago when he retired. He was a member of the VFW and American
Legion Post No. 88.
Survivors include three brothers, Mead F., Sereno and Russell of Manitowoc,
and two sisters, Mrs. Katherine Kinne of Frankfort, Mich., and Mrs. Arthur
Strupp of Manitowoc. A brother preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home, State Street entrance, after 3 p.m.
Sunday.
