MILTON O. HANSON (d. 1969)

Milton O. Hanson, 52, of 722 Waldo Blvd, Manitowoc, died Sunday evening after
he suffered a coronary attack while driving in downtown Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Glenn Unke will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Hanson was born July 16, 1916, at Manitowoc, son of Benjamin C. Hanson and
the late Pauline Kuether Hanson. He attended Lincoln High School, Manitowoc,
worked at Color Craft Printers and Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc., before entrance
into the U.S. Air Force during World War II during which he served as an airplane
mechanic. He worked 24 years for Lakeside Packing Co., Manitowoc, and had been
plant superintendent. He married June Blahnik Sept. 14, 1940, at Manitowoc.
She survives with a son, Ronald, and two daughters, Susan and Doris of Manitowoc,
his father of Two Rivers, a brother, Delmar, of Milwaukee and a sister, Mrs.
James Lodl, of Two Rivers. A brother preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Mittnacht Funeral Home, Manitowoc , after 3 p.m. Tuesday until
11 a.m. Wednesday and then at the church until time of service.
