George P. Harrington, 53, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, died early Tuesday morning at
Veterans Hospital, Wood. He had been ill for the last five weeks and a patient
there during that period.
Funeral services were at 8:30 a.m. Friday at Jansen Funeral Home, Milwaukee,
and at 9 a.m. at Holy Ghost Church, Milwaukee, the Rev. J. Wissinik officiating.
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Survivors include his wife, the former Elsie Irving of Whitelaw; two brothers,
John and Thomas of Milwaukee and two sisters, Miss Eleanore Harrington and Mrs.
Kathryn Kenny of Minneapolis, Minn. A brother, James, died at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday
at his home at Milwaukee.
