HARTUNG RITES TO BE TUESDAY
Former Resident Dies While Driving His Car
Funeral services for C. B. Hartung, 59, former county resident who died suddenly
at the wheel of his automobile at Menasha Friday night, will be held Tuesday.
Following services at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Menasha the body will be brought to
Manitowoc for interment in Evergreen cemetery after services here at 2:30 p.m.
from the Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei funeral home.
Mr. Hartung collapsed at the wheel of his car while driving to his summer home
at Adella Beach, near Menasha.
The deceased was born in Two Rivers in 1876(sic) and later moved to this city.
After moving to Menasha he was a Soo line engineer and during the past 20 years
was a representative of a life insurance company in Neenah and Menasha. He was
a member of the Masonic order.
He is survived by his widow, two sons, two daughters, and a sister.
