ROSE HAVLINEK

DIES WHILE ON A VISIT TO HER DAUGHTER
Death's summons came quickly to Mrs. Frank Havlinek, 68, well know
Branch resident last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wencel
Vrany, Route 5, Manitowoc where she, with her husband, was on a
visit. Mrs. Havlinek was apparently in good health when stricken
suddenly Tuesday afternoon at three o'clock and she passed away
shortly before midnight last evening.
The maiden name of the deceased was Miss Rose Rathsack and she was
born in Poland, coming to this country with her parents at an early
age and locating in this county. She was married to Mr. Havlinek,
and they located on a farm near Branch, where they since resided.
Besides the husband, three daughters survive. They are Mrs. Wencel
Vrany, and Mrs. Frank Vraney, both of Route 5, Manitowoc, and Mrs.
George Losey of Milwaukee. Six brothers and three sisters also
survive.
Burial will take place at ten o'clock Friday morning from the home
of Mrs. Wencel Vrany, with burial at Evergreen cemetery. The remains
will be brought to the home of the daughter Thursday morning, where
they may be viewed.
