Albert Henricks, 85, of 1503 Nagle Ave., Manitowoc, died Friday evening in Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Tuesday in Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Major Oliver Poling of the Salvation Army Citadel will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Henricks was born Feb. 3, 1893 in Manitowoc, son of the late Albert and Anna Oss Henricks. He attended schools in Manitowoc. He was a World War I veteran serving in the Air Force and was attached to the French Air force serving in France for 18 months. Mr. Henricks was discharged in July of 1919. He married Blanka Nespor Oct. 7, 1919 in Manitowoc. They resided in Manitowoc all of their lives. Mr. Henricks was a superintendent in the Machine Shop for the Mirro Aluminum Company in Two Rivers and Manitowoc for 43 years, retiring in 1960. Mrs. Henricks preceded him in death in 1977.
Survivors include cousins, nieces and nephews. A brother preceded him in death.
Friends may call in Jens Funeral Home from noon Tuesday until the time of service. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel. There will be no visitation in the funeral home on Monday.
