Mrs. John Henricks, Resident Here Since 1900, Passes Away
Mrs. John Henricks, mother of the late Franklin Henricks, foreman
at the Herald-News, who died in March last year, passed away Monday
at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ina Kelley, 1218 Manila street of
diseases incident to old age.
The deceased, who was 77 years of age was born at Buel, N.Y., in 1850
and came to Wisconsin a few years later with her parents. Her maiden
name was Lydia Roberts and she was married to John Henricks, who
preceded her in death 17 years on April 5, 1879. Mrs. Henricks has been
a resident of the county since 1900. Three daughters survive, Mrs. W.G.
Thompson, California, Mrs. Anna Zoran and Mrs. Ina Kelley, both of this
city. Burial will take place Thursday afternoon at two o'clock from the
Kelly home on Manila street with interment at Evergreen cemetery.
