BLANCHE HERZOG

Mrs. George Herzog, 49, of 814 South 15th St., Manitowoc, died early Tuesday
at the Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home,
Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev.
Adolph Dolezel will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Born Blanche Kiel in Kossuth in 1904, she was married to George Herzog in 1930
and they since resided in Manitowoc. She was employed as a saleslady at the
Holly Shop in Manitowoc for seven years.
Survivors are her husband; son, Richard of Manitowoc; father, William Kiel of
Rt. 5, Manitowoc; two brothers, Norman of Branch and William Jr., of Rt. 5,
Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Paul Mangin of Rt.1, Reedsville, Mrs. Melvin Fritsch
of Manitowoc; and a granddaughter.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday where the rosary will
be recited at 7:15 p.m.
