MARGARET HERZOG

Mrs. Margaret Herzog, 84, a former resident of Newton and Park Lawn Nursing home,
Manitowoc, since 1950, died Sunday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
A nephew, the Rev. William C. Willinger, will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Herzog was born Oct. 13, 1885, at Clarks Mills, a daughter of the late Mr.
and Mrs. Joseph Willinger. She was married to George Herzog Sr. in 1905, at
Manitowoc, where they resided. He preceded her in death in 1952.
Survivors include a son, George, of Manitowoc; and four grandchildren. A grandson
preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Miss Margaret Willinger and George Herzog were married last Thursday evening at
the parsonage of St. Boniface church, Rev. Father William J. Peil officiating.
The bride was attended by Miss Rose Heingarten, while Anton Engelbrecht acted as
groomsman.
The ceremony over, the bridal party proceeded to the home of the bride's mother
on South Eighth street, where a wedding supper was served. This was followed by
a celebration at the Saenger hall, where dancing was enjoyed, the music being
furnised by the Marine band, of which Mr. Herzog is a member.
The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Frank Willinger. The groom is a son of Frank Herzog.
He is employed as an engraver at the plant of the Manitowoc Aluminum Novelty company.
The contracting parties are both well and favorably known, and their many friends
will wish them a long and happy life. Mr. and Mrs. Herzog will reside at 1005 South
Eighth street.
