GUSTAV C. HEYDUK
Gustav C. Heyduk, 84, of 1609 S. 14th Street, Manitowoc, died Saturday,
February 21, 1987 at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will
be 1 pm Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home. Rev. Gerald Schrankler will officiate
with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Heyduk was born May 8, 1902 at Manitowoc, son of the late Joseph and Rose
Hejda Heyduk. He married the former Florence Timm on December 24, 1924 in
Manitowoc. She preceded him in death December 26, 1959. Mr. Heyduk was employed
for many years at Manitowoc Shipbuilding, retiring in 1963.
Survivors include two daughters-in-law, Mrs. Eleanor Heyduk and Mrs. Gloria
Heyduk, both of Manitowoc; a son-in-law, Stephen Petreshock of Florida; a
sister, Mrs. Caroline Tangerstrom of Manitowoc; 13 grandchildren and 23 great
grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley and
two sons, Delmar and Thomas.
