Mrs. Joseph J. Heyduk, 93, of 1609 S. 14th St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday at home.
Private funeral services will be conducted Thursday morning at Mittnacht Funeral
Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Paul H. Blaufuss will officiate and cremation will
follow.
Mrs. Heyduk, nee Rose Marie Hejda, was born July 14, 1876 at Cooperstown, daughter
of the late Joseph and Marie Zacharnik Hejda. She was married to Joseph Heyduk
Feb. 22, 1900, at Manitowoc, and the couple always resided here. He died in 1942.
Survivors include a son, Gustave, and a daughter, Mrs. G. W. (Caroline) Tangerstrom,
both of Manitowoc; two brothers, Charles of Rock Island, Ill, and Joseph of Ely,
Minn.; three grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A sister preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
