Mrs. Fred Hoeppner, 42, nee Elfrieda Rakow, died last evening at the Holy Family
hospital. She had been seriously ill four weeks.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Immanuel Evan. Lutheran
church, the Rev. Theo. Uetzmann officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Hoeppner was born in Germany in 1899 and was married there. Mr. and Mrs.
Hoeppner and two children came to this country 18 years ago and located here where
Mr. Hoeppner was employed at the Dettman plant. He died two years ago.
Survivors are a daughter Erma, at home, for sons, Max of Chippewa Falls, Albert,
Paul, and Frederick, at home; and several brothers and sisters in Germany.
The body is at the funeral home of the Reedsville Cooperative Association and will
be brought to the Hoeppner home, 841 North 12th street, city, Sunday. It will be
moved to the church Monday morning.
