Clarence W. Hoffman, 67, of 1830 Belmont St., Manitowoc, died Sunday, August 5, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Parkside Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Edward Radey will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Hoffman was born March 29, 1912, at Denmark, son of the late Charles and Anna Fogeltanz Hoffman. He married Hildegarde Pinger, she preceded him in death in 1974. He married Emily Radey Isselman June 25, 1977, at Clarks Mills. Mr. Hoffman worked at Manitowoc Automotive Supply for many years retiring in 1978.
Survivors include his wife, Emily; a son and daughter-in-law, Roger and JoAnn Hoffman of Batavia, Wis.; a daughter and son-in-law, Carol and William Ballmann of Manitowoc; a sister and brother-in-law, Grace and Eugene Krejcarek of Manitowoc; six grandchildren, niece, nephews and other relatives and friends. His first wife, a brother, Alvin Hoffman of Green Bay and a granddaughter, Susan Ballmanm of Manitowoc preceded him in death.
Friends may call in Parkside Funeral Home 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, where a prayer service will be at 7:30 p.m.
