INVALID DIES HERE AT MORN
Mrs. Ulricke Horstmann Is Dead, Aged 77 Years
Mrs. Ulricke Horstmann, aged 77 years, an invalid for a number of years, died
this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ella Cool, 1723 New York Ave.,
with whom she has been making her home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.
Tuesday from the home of her son Charles, 1013 South 13th street.
The maiden name of the deceased was Ulricke Guse and she was born in Germany
coming to this county with her parents when a child. The family settled in
Manitowoc and she was married here to Henry Horstmann who passed away 47 years
ago.
A son, Charles, city, a daughter, Mrs. Ella Cool, city, a sister Mrs. Pauline
Brandenburg, Wayside, and two brothers, Julius of Maribel and Herman of Wayside
and five grandchildren survive.
The remains will be removed to the Horstmann home on South 13th street on Sunday.
