JERRY HUSSEY SR (d. 1949)
Jerry Hussey, 88 (photo), of 846 North 12th street, died at his home last night
following a short illness.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Pfeffer funeral home and
at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic church, the Rev. E. A. Radey officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Hussey was born July 20, 1860, in Manitowoc county and operated a farm in the
town of Franklin. In 1878 he married Jane Fitzgerald. They moved to Manitowoc in
1941.
Survivors are the wife; eight daughters, Miss Mary, Mrs. George Bartelme, Miss
Ann M., Mrs. Henry Jansen, Miss Delores M., Sister Rosita Marie, Mrs. Joseph
Kilbane and Mrs. Armin Pitz; three sons, Dr. F. J. Hussey, Joseph M. and Jerry Jr.
Another son, John, proceeded his father in death. A sister, Mrs. Michael Fitzgerald,
17 grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.
The body may be viewed after Tuesday noon at the Pfeffer funeral home. The rosary
will be recited at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday.
