Mrs. Edward Hynek Sr., 48, of 224 Davis St., Two Rivers, died unexpectedly
Sunday evening at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home
and 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Claude LeClair
will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Hynek, nee Caroline Ann Luchsinger, was born April 21, 1919, at Whitelaw,
daughter of the late Walter Luchsinger and Mrs. Blanche Dufek Luchsinger. She
was married to Edward Hynek April 25, 1939, at Manitowoc, where they lived until
21 years ago when they moved to Two Rivers.
Survivors include her husband, a son, Edward Jr., her mother and four brothers,
Bernard, Gilbert, Fred and Walter Jr. all of Manitowoc; three sisters, Mrs. Donald
Teteak of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Mrs. Ralph Emond and Mrs. Earl Korte of
Manitowoc, and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday until time of services.
The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
