ALFRED JACOBSON

Alfred Cornelius Jacobson, 54, of 1114 South 6th street, died this
morning at the Holy Family hospital. He had been in poor health for
the past two years.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from
the Shimek and Schwartz funeral home with the Rev. Paul Blaufuss
officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Jacobson was born in Norway on Aug. 18, 1888. He came to this
country 35 years ago and 30 years ago he came to this city to make
his home. Prior to his last illness he had been employed by the
Manitowoc Ship Building Company. He was married to Miss Ella Wolf
on July 13, 1913.
Survivors are the widow; two daughters, Misses Florence and Arlene
at home; one son, Raymond, city; four sisters in Norway; and one
grandchild.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home from Wednesday at
7 p.m. to the time of the services.
