FRANK G. JOHNSON (d. 1948)

Frank G. Johnson, 43, of 915 North 15th street, head of the bakers union and
resident here for 21 years, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon of a heart attack.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Urbanek and Schlei funeral
home, the Rev. R. B. Walden officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Johnson was born in Sheboygan in 1905 and in 1926 married Miss Laurine
Christensen in that city. The following year they located in this city. Mr.
Johnson had since been employed as a baker at the Dick Brothers bakery and was
president of the bakers union local, No. 121?.
Survivors are his wife; three daughters, (private), and two sons, (private),
all of this city; mother, Mrs. Andrew Johnson of Sheboygan; two brothers, George
and Andrew Jr. , of Sheboygan; four sisters, Mrs. Chester Reed, Mrs. Paul Kuchl
and Mrs. Carl Stuemke of Sheboygan, and Mrs. Edward Ratajcek of Milwaukee.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home from Thursday noon until the hour of
services.
