LEONARD L. KABAT

Leonard L. Kabat, 76, of 1909 Clark St., Manitowoc, died Saturday, February 6,
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Private family services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Gerald Schrankler will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Kabat was born April 16, 1905, in anitowoc County, son of the late Charles
and Justina Kabat. He married Myrtle Kieselhorst Sept. 2, 1926, at Manitowoc.
Mr. Kabat was an instructor teacher of barbering for State of Wisconsin Vocational
Schools, retiring in 1969. He was a member of St. John United Church of Christ,
Manitowoc, Tripoli Temple of Milwaukee, Grand Lodge F & AM, Shrine Club of
GTripoli (sic) Temple of Two Rivers and Scottish Rite Bodies Valley of Green Bay.
He was a life member and past president of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 706
of Manitowoc.
Survivors include his wife, Myrtle, a son and daughter-in-law, Leon and Barbara
Kabat of Annadale, Va.; two grandchildren, Daniel Lee and Nancy Ann Kabat and a
brother, Victor Kabat of Janesville, Wis. Brothers and sisters preceded him in
death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 11 a.m. Tuesday until the time of
service.
