AGED RESIDENT OF CITY DIES SUNDAY
After a long illness due to a complication of diseases Frank Karas
died at his home 413 North 10th street yesterday. Mr. Karas was
born in Bohemia on Oct. 17, 1854 and fifty three years ago came to
Manitowoc County to live. He is survived by six daughters, Mrs.
Frank Supita of this city, Mrs. Walter Levenhagen of Madison, Mrs.
Anna Chadek of this city, Mrs. Joseph Dvorak of Mishicot, Mrs.
Joseph Schleger of this city and Mrs. Russell Hendrickson of Two
Rivers and Mrs. Frank Albricht of Maribel and thirteen grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at the Sacred Heart
church, the Rev. Father Luby officiating. Burial will be in the
Evergreen cemetery.
