Mrs. Emma Kipping, 75, died Wednesday night at Holy Family hospital following
a lingering illness.
Funeral services will beheld at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Pfeffer funeral home and
the Rev. Merlin Hoefdt will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Kipping, nee Emma Woelfordt was born in Manitowoc rapids in 1874 and was
married to Alois Kipping in 1905. They lived in Rockwood for 25 years and for
the last several years Mrs. Kipping had been making her home with her daughter,
Mrs. Norman Haelfrisch, route 2, Two Rivers. Mr. Kipping died 19 years ago.
Survivors are the daughter; sister, Mrs. William Pfefferkorn of Manitowoc; and
five grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
