ALVINA KITZEROW

DEATH TAKES LAST MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY
Death came as a double blow to Benjamin Kitzerow at the home of his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Otto Kitzerow, at Stanley, Wisconsin, when the birth of a baby
brought death to the young mother and the babe also died. A bride of a little
over a year the death robs the father, William Timpert of the town of Two
Rivers, of the only surviving member of the family, the mother of Mrs. Kitzerow
having died ten months ago and a brother about two years ago. The body arrived
here this morning over the Soo at 10 o’clock and the funeral will be held
tomorrow afternoon from the home of Mrs. Gustave Kohlmyer, an aunt, 1205 Franklin
street, at 1:30 with service at the Lutheran church, Eighth and Marshal streets,
at 2 o’clock. Rev. Karl Machmiller will officiate. Burial will be at Evergreen.
Mrs. Alvina Kitzerow, nee Timpert, was born in the town of Two Rivers December 20,
1901, and was twenty-three at her last birthday. She was married to Benjamin
Kitzerow a little over a year ago and the family made its home in the town of
Two Rivers until last fall when they took up their home on the farm of the groom’s
parents at Stanley. The mother of Mrs. Kitzerow died ten months ago and news of
the young bride’s death came as a shock to friends.
