Edwin C. Knell, 90, of 1026 S. 16th St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Sunday, January 31, at the Family residence.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Theodore Hendricks will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Knell was born April 26, 1891, at Manitowoc, son of the late Henry and Mary Kleiner Knell. For many years he worked as an engineer in the Manitowoc area. He married Anna Jirikovec in 1920 at Manitowoc. He was a past member of the Odd Fellows Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Anna, an aunt, Libbie Anderson of Manitowoc, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at Parkside Funeral Home, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 8 a.m. Wednesday until the hour of service.
