MARIE F. KNOTH
Mrs. Marie Pollock Knoth, 82, of 4429 Broadway St., Manitowoc, died Monday
morning at home after a coronary attack.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Jens funeral Home, Manitowoc,
the Rev. Kenneth Fisk of Community Bible Church, Manitowoc, officiating. Burial
will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Knoth was born Marie Pollock June 5, 1878, in Czechoslovakia, daughter of
the late John and Catherine Bada Pollock. She was brought to the United States
as a small child and attended school at Two Rivers. The family later moved to
Manitowoc. She was employed for several years by Schuette Brothers Department
Store, Manitowoc.
She was married to Carl R. Knoth in 1910 at New York. He preceded her in death
in 1946(sic).
Survivors include a son, Robert F. of Charleston, S.C.; a daughter, Mrs. Eugene
Keil of Manitowoc; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Boettcher of Manitowoc and three
grandchildren.
